This 1992 BMW 318i e30 Convertible was purchased in March 2019 by the current owner. The car has 148,000km, a mileage that the seller believes is fair.
On the outside, this BMW 318i is in excellent condition. The paint has just been redone in the original Laguna Green (lagunengrün metallic) color and shows no defects. The bodywork is in excellent condition, with no dents. There is no corrosion to report. Pictures of the underbody are available in the gallery. The manual soft top is new, changed in November 2019. The exterior plastics are in excellent condition, as are the headlights.
The interior is in very good condition. The original cloth upholstery is in very good condition, showing no tears or pockmarked sagging. The interior plastics and trim are in very good condition with no cracks or discoloration. The on-board instrumentation is said to function normally. The car is equipped with power steering and electric mirrors.
The mechanics are said to be in excellent condition. The 4 cylinder 1.8l developed 115hp when it left the factory. The seller indicates that he performed a major mechanical overhaul in October 2019 including the replacement of the spark plugs, coils, spark plug cables, rotor and igniter head. At that time the oil change and filter change were performed. The engine starts well both hot and cold and seems to have full power. The 5-speed manual gearbox also works normally.
The car has its 4 original rims with tires in good condition (2014 and 2015 dot). The front suspension wishbones are new, as well as all the front end bushings. An alignment has been done. The brake pads are new. The car runs and brakes perfectly without any abnormal noise.
The car has a normal registration in the name of the seller and a valid technical control less than 6 months old. The seller is a private individual located in France in Orgeval (78) and accepts visits during the sale.

How the auctions work
A credit card is required to bid, although nothing is charged at the time. Bids are immediately raised to the amount entered.
The highest bid is automatically selected. However, all the offers made remain valid for 4 working days and can be accepted at any time during this period.
Bidding is binding. We do not accept any withdrawal of bids. Any retraction is sanctioned by a fee of 6% of the amount bid, including VAT. with a minimum of 329€ TTC.
Visits of the vehicle

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% of the final price (minimum €179 incl. VAT) by credit card.
Within 10 days: The winner must pay the sales price by bank transfer. The payment is secured by our partner Paycar.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer an optional delivery service, nous contacter (specify the vehicle you are interested in and your location).
No Surprises Guarantee
Benzin is able to cancel the transaction and refund a portion of the sale fee if the vehicle has a major defect not reported in the delivery ad. See Conditions.
