This 2001 Peugeot 206 GTI (marketed under the name S16 in France) is of Dutch origin and has 160,500km, a mileage justified by the official Dutch mileage records (RDW) and the maintenance booklet.
On the outside, this 206 GTI is in very good condition and fully original. The paintwork is in very good condition and shows only a few defects, notably a rubbing on the left rear and a chip on the spoiler. The bodywork is also in very good condition, showing only a slight dent on the right rear wing. The seller indicates that there is no corrosion to report, except for surface corrosion on the heat shields and on the spare wheel rim.
The interior of this 206 is in good condition. The original leather, fabric and alcantara upholstery is in good condition, showing some cracks but no tears or marked sagging. Small snags are to be noted on the rear seat (see pictures). The carpets and interior trim are in very good condition. The car is equipped with a modern car radio and is the only item that differs from the original. The seller indicates that the water temperature needle does not work (confirmed after installation of a new temperature sensor).
The mechanics are in very good condition. The 4 cylinder 2.0l developed 137hp when it left the factory. The engine starts well when hot and cold and seems to have all its power. The seller indicates that an oil change has been performed, but notes that the valve train is due. A new exhaust muffler was installed. The 5-speed manual transmission is said to work perfectly.
This 206 GTI has its 4 original rims equipped with recent tires. The braking is said to work normally.
The seller is a professional located in France in Saint-Amand-les-Eaux (59230). The car is sold with a favorable technical control and a commercial warranty for engine, gearbox and axle of 3 months. The papers are Dutch and the seller indicates that he will take care of the registration procedures.

How the auctions work
A credit card is required to bid, although nothing is charged at the time. Bids are immediately raised to the amount entered.
Bidding is binding. We do not accept any withdrawal of bidding. Any withdrawal is sanctioned by a fee of 6% of the amount bid with a minimum of 300€ TTC.
Visits of the vehicle

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% of the final price (minimum 150€ VAT included).
Within 15 days: The winner must pay the sales price to the seller. The secure payment by Paycar is free for Benzin buyers. Seller and buyer may agree to use another payment method.
Delivery
