This 1989 Peugeot 205 XS of French origin is a 4th hand car with 173.000 km. The seller indicates that the car is in good condition, that it will pass the Contrôle Technique for sale and that it has benefited from recent expenses.
Outside the car is in correct condition. The original paint in its grey color has some visible defects in the gallery. For example, there are some surface rust spots on the bodywork. The exterior plastics and seals are in good condition, as well as the front and rear lights. The seller indicates that the chassis of this Peugeot is sound.
The interior is in good condition and original. The grey cloth upholstery has some defects and holes visible in the gallery. The steering wheel and the dashboard are very well preserved. The dashboard is not cracked. The on-board instrumentation and the electrical equipment are working normally.
The 1.4-liter 4-cylinder developed 85 hp when it left the factory. The seller indicates that the mechanics work normally as well as the 5-speed manual transmission. The engine is completely original. Recently, the following parts have been replaced: head gasket, valve stem gaskets, thermostat, exhaust manifold gasket, rocker cover gasket, timing, water pump and accessory belt. In addition, the cylinder head has been ground and the valves lapped.
The car has its 4 original rims in good condition. The car brakes normally. The brake hoses have just been changed and the whole system bled. New brake shoes have been installed at the rear.
The seller is a private individual located in France in Uzès (30) and accepts visits during the sale. The car will be sold with a technical control and a French registration.

How the auctions work
A credit card is required to bid, although nothing is charged at the time. Bids are immediately raised to the amount entered.
The highest bid is automatically selected. However, in case the reserve price is not reached, the seller has 48 hours to select a bid among the bidders.
Bidding is binding. We do not accept any withdrawal of bidding. Any withdrawal is sanctioned by a fee of 6% of the amount bid with a minimum of 300€ TTC.
Visits of the vehicle

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% of the final price (minimum 150€ VAT included).
Within 15 days: The winner must pay the sale price by bank transfer. The payment is secured by our partner Paycar.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer an optional delivery service, nous contacter (specify the vehicle you are interested in and your location).
