This Peugeot 205 GTI Le Mans from October 1991 is one of the 84 examples sold by Peugeot for the Swedish market. This limited series of the 205 GTI is distinguished by its Miami blue color, its steering wheel and Luisi knob in wood, its rear "Hella" interfeu, the mud flaps on the front wheels, as well as its Le Mans logos. This car has 168,500 km. This car needs a general revision and is sold as a restoration project.
Outside, this Le Mans is in average condition. The paint is in good condition but some defects are to be noted (see gallery). The exterior plastics are in average condition, some being discolored or missing. Pictures of the underbody are visible in the gallery. The seller indicates that the bodywork has some corrosion and that the passenger door does not open (see gallery).
The interior of this GTI is in average condition. The imitation and fabric upholstery of the front seats is in bad condition. The rear seat is in good condition. The interior plastics are in good condition. The gear knob shows some chips. The original carpets are also in good condition, and the rubber mats are vintage. The on-board instrumentation and equipment are said to work normally.
The 4 cylinder 1.9 catalyzed engine developed 122hp when it left the factory. The seller says that the engine starts, but chokes and stalls when accelerating too much. No diagnosis has been made. The gearbox is said to work normally.
The car has its 4 original rims in good condition with old tires. The seller indicates that the rear axle does not show any abnormal play.

How the auctions work
A credit card is required to bid, although nothing is charged at the time. Bids are immediately raised to the amount entered.

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% of the final price (minimum €179 incl. VAT) by credit card.
Within 7 days: The winner must pay the sales price by bank transfer. The payment is secured by our partner Paycar.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer an optional delivery service, nous contacter (specify the vehicle you are interested in and your location).
No Surprises Guarantee
