This Peugeot 205 GTI 1.6 from 1988 has 222,840 km, a fair estimate considering the condition of the car.

On the outside, this 205 looks very good thanks to a recent paint job and a body without any dents. The exterior plastics are in very good condition, with no scratches or discoloration. A hole is visible on the rear hatch, near the windshield wiper. The seller indicates that the red moldings as well as the right side pillar logos will be replaced for the sale. The body seals are in average condition, showing some sagging and tears.

The interior of this 205 is in average condition. The cloth upholstery shows no holes or tears but the cloth is moderately pilled and the seat reinforcements on the front seats are sagging. The tear on the rear seat will be sewn back up for sale. The carpets are in bad condition, especially on the driver's side. The door panels are in good condition. The plastics are in average condition, showing some deformations and a slight discoloration. The upper storage hatch is broken and the driver's sun visor needs to be reattached. The rear deck will be reassembled for sale. The on-board instrumentation and equipment are said to function normally.

The mechanics are in good condition. The 4 cylinder 1.6 developed 115hp when it left the factory. The seller says that he has done the timing, changed all the fluids, replaced all the filters. The 5 speed manual transmission is said to work normally, shifting and locking well in all gears.

The car has its 4 original aluminium rims with new tires. The braking system has been revised. The car is said to run and brake perfectly, without any abnormal noise.

The seller is a professional located in France at La Chapelle-en-Serval (60) and accepts visits during the sale.

Payment

At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% of the final price (minimum 150€ VAT included).

Delivery
