This 1973 BMW 2002 Touring is of French origin and has 150.000km. The car was acquired 10 years ago by the current owner. In 2017, the car was featured on Petrolicious, the video of which can be seen above.
On the outside, this 2002 Touring is in very good condition. The paint has been redone in the past in the original Colorado Orange shade and presents very well, showing only rare wear and tear. The bodywork is in very good condition, showing no corrosion and rare defects. The seals and exterior chrome are in very good condition. The car is equipped with 2 long range headlights currently disconnected.
The interior is in very good condition. The imitation upholstery has no holes or tears, only a few marks of use are visible. The equipment and the on-board instrumentation are said to function normally. The interior trim and carpets are in very good condition.
The mechanics are in very good condition. The 4 cylinder 2.0l carburetor developed 100hp when it left the factory. The engine has been replaced by an identical unit with about 75.000km, the hoses having all been replaced on this occasion. The seller indicates that the mileage of this engine is accurate because he knows exactly where it came from. The original engine is supplied with the car, the latter not being blocked but requiring a change of seals. The 4 speed manual transmission is said to work perfectly.
The car has its 4 original sheet metal rims with tires in very good condition, changed 10.000km ago, the brakes having also been revised on this occasion. The seller indicates that the front shock absorbers need to be replaced, but that they are provided with the sale.
The seller is a private individual located in France in Beaucourt (90500) and accepts visits during the sale. The technical control will be passed for the sale, the seller committing himself to obtain a favorable result.

How the auctions work
A credit card is required to bid, although nothing is charged at the time. Bids are immediately raised to the amount entered.
Bidding is binding. We do not accept any withdrawal of bidding. Any withdrawal is sanctioned by a fee of 6% of the amount bid with a minimum of 300€ TTC.

Payment
At the end of the auction: The winner is automatically charged a service fee of 3% of the final price (minimum 150€ VAT included).
Within 15 days: The winner must pay the sales price to the seller. The secure payment by Paycar is free for Benzin buyers. Seller and buyer may agree to use another payment method.
Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer an optional delivery service, nous contacter.
