On the outside, the seller says that the vehicle is in good condition. The red bodywork shows only a few visible defects in the gallery. The seller notes that the car was given a full paint job and underbody treatment in 2023. Photos of the underbody are available in the gallery.

Inside, the seller states that the vehicle is in good condition. There are no tears or holes in the black "Jet Black" fabric upholstery, which the seller notes was refurbished in 2023. The steering wheel and dashboard are in good condition. The on-board instrumentation and electrical equipment are in normal working order.

The 1000cc 4-cylinder developed 38 bhp when it left the factory. The seller states that the mechanical system is working normally, as is the manual gearbox. The seller has the mileage logbook.
Recently, in 2024, she benefited from the following charges at Miniolic (Mini specialist in Belgium):

Payment

At the end of the sale: the buyer whose offer has been accepted by the seller is automatically charged a service fee of 3.25% excluding tax (3.9% including tax) of the final price by credit card (minimum €199 including tax).

Within the following 7 days : The buyer must pay the sale price by bank transfer to an escrow account for vehicles eligible for the Secured Payment or directly to the seller for others.

Transport

In the absence of any indication to the contrary, the buyer is obliged to collect the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer you an optional delivery service. You can easily estimate the delivery cost by using the "Delivery" feature available on the ad.

Registration

Vehicle registration procedures are always the responsibility and responsibility of the buyer in his country. Many guides, articles or official resources are available online to inform you. Benzin makes no guarantees that these steps will be successful.

Other costs or charges such as customs or import duties, customs clearance or certification may also be claimed depending on the origin and destination of the vehicle. These charges are always the buyer's responsibility.

"No Surprises" Warranty

You are able to cancel the transaction, and Benzin agrees to refund part of the service fees if the vehicle has a major defect not reported in the listing before the funds are transferred to the seller under the No Surprise Guarantee (only eligible vehicles for Secure Payment, see Terms and Conditions).
