A bank card is required to bid and a bank imprint is made for a guarantee amount of between € 300 minimum and € 1,000 maximum depending on the amount bid (see Conditions).

The bids immediately rise to the amount entered.

At the end of the sale, the highest offer is automatically validated by the seller if it exceeds its reserve price. However, all offers made remain valid for 2 working days after the end of the sale and can be accepted at any time during this period.

By bidding, you understand that the Benzin service begins immediately, therefore you expressly waive your right of withdrawal regarding the Benzin service. We do not accept any auction withdrawal. Any withdrawal outside the framework of the "No Surprises" guarantee implies payment for the total service, ie 6.5% excluding tax (7.8% including tax) of the bid amount with a minimum of 398€ including tax (See Conditions).

Buyers have the option of viewing the vehicle for the duration of the sale if the seller accepts visits. Complete your Benzin profile and use the "Request a visit" function available on the ad.

At the end of the sale: the buyer whose offer has been accepted by the seller is automatically charged a service fee of 3.25% excluding tax (3.9% including tax) of the final price by credit card (minimum €199 including tax).

Within the following 7 days : The buyer must pay the sale price by bank transfer to an escrow account for vehicles eligible for the Secured Payment or directly to the seller for others.

In the absence of any indication to the contrary, the buyer is obliged to collect the vehicle from the seller. Benzin is able to offer you an optional delivery service. You can easily estimate the delivery cost by using the "Delivery" feature available on the ad.

Vehicle registration procedures are always the responsibility and responsibility of the buyer in his country. Many guides, articles or official resources are available online to inform you. Benzin makes no guarantees that these steps will be successful.

Other costs or charges such as customs or import duties, customs clearance or certification may also be claimed depending on the origin and destination of the vehicle. These charges are always the buyer's responsibility.

If the seller offers to take charge of certain procedures or costs, these services are still the seller's responsibility and cannot be the subject of a complaint by the buyer to Benzin.

You are able to cancel the transaction, and Benzin agrees to refund part of the service fees if the vehicle has a major defect not reported in the listing before the funds are transferred to the seller under the No Surprise Guarantee (only eligible vehicles for Secure Payment, see Terms and Conditions).

Important note: Although Benzin advises the sellers, the listings are written on the basis of the information provided by the latter, so Benzin cannot guarantee the accuracy of the listings. We recommend that our buyers ask any questions in the comments or visit the vehicles before bidding or making an offer. By bidding or submitting an offer, you agree that vehicles may have minor defects that cannot give rise to a refund for the service. Benzin is not the seller of the vehicles shown and Benzin does not offer any warranty on the vehicles after the funds have been paid to the seller.
