This 1991 Volkswagen Golf 1 Cabriolet Quartet edition from Belgium is a 4th hand car with 142,000 km, mileage partially certified by a CarPass report and its follow-up. The seller states that the car is in very good general condition and has benefited from recent expenses. Its current owner has owned it since 2008.
The Quartett edition featured a sporty body kit, but it was also possible to configure 64 different color combinations (hood, interior and exterior).
Externally, the car is in good condition. The red paintwork shows only a few defects (see gallery). Exterior plastics and seals are in good condition, as are the headlights and soft top. - Body color kit: fender flares, side skirts and bumpers
- Four-headlight grille (with long spans)
- Body-color mirror caps
- 14" alloy wheels, body-color matched
The interior is in good condition. The fabric upholstery has no tears or holes, but shows slight signs of wear. The steering wheel and dashboard are in good condition. On-board instrumentation and electrical equipment are in normal working order. The Quartet edition features the following interior equipment:
- Front sport seats
- Padded dashboard
- Four-spoke sports steering wheel
- Day/night interior mirror
- Vanity mirror on passenger sun visor
- On-board computer
- Radio
The 1.8-liter 4-cylinder developed 90 hp when it left the factory. The seller states that the mechanics work normally, as does the 5-speed manual gearbox. The seller has some invoices (see gallery). The seller indicates that the valve train was replaced in 2021.
The car has its 4 original rims in good condition. The car brakes normally.
