This Montesa Cota 247 is in good condition and has benefited from recent refurbishment. Montesa is a Spanish brand specialising in trials bikes, which were rewarded with numerous sporting successes in the 60s and 70s.
Aesthetically, the bike is in good condition. The red and white paintwork shows a few blemishes that can be seen in the gallery. The black imitation seat has no tears or holes, but shows signs of wear.
The 247cc single-cylinder engine produced 19bhp when it left the factory. The seller says that the mechanics work normally, as does the gearbox. He adds that the bike has recently been restarted: the fluids, battery and ignition have been updated.
The bike has its original rims in good condition. The bike brakes. The fork, swingarm and chain are in good condition.
The seller is a professional located in Germany in Kissing and accepts visits during the sale. The motorbike has no registration papers.
