In 1994, Audi built around 2,500 Audi 80 Competition Quattros for the European market, in order to obtain homologation for the STC championship. The 80 Competition Quattro features a front bumper with combined headlamps like those on the S2 and Coupé, a tailgate-mounted aluminum spoiler, specially designed 16-inch alloy wheels and a distinctive rear bumper.
